Hi there lovelies,

So I have a little bit of exciting news to share.... 

Right now I'm SO HAPPY!!!!!!

A very well known DJ / Producer & I have been working on a sparkly new track for over a year.... FINALLY its all ready to go and has been snapped up by a super cool, super fabulous label and get this its going to be realised in MARCH! 

I cannot begin to express how much this means to me.... this will be my second release and I really am proud of this track and SUPER EXCITED!!!!!!! 
Follow me on my social media as I'll be sharing more with you over the up and coming weeks... and as ever can I just say THANKYOU for all your support. Some of you who read my blog have been following me for years and years... from coming to my gigs in SkegVegas in the UK to dancing in the rain at Party In The Park in Mansfield and listening in to my radio show...... Without your love support & sparkles*** I'd never be able to do any of what I do so THANKYOU SO MUCH... Sending loads of LOVE & SPARKLES your way......

Firstly let me apologise for my lack of posts and videos this week... I guess I should explain! 
Well a few weeks ago you may have seen my video on PCOS and my blogpost. I finally got diagnosed with PCOS in January and I got put on some tablets to help me deal with the symptoms. It would seem that these tablets didn't agree with me and made me feel quite poorly last week. So therefore I had to just rest up and look after myself. The good news now though is that I feel loads better and I'm back with you...... and today on Make-up Monday I've decided to show you what's in this months GlamBox check out the video ....

I went along to the launch of PiCture Polish here in Dubai.... check them out at Bloomingdales in Dubai Mall.

Fabulous Friday: How to have a Fabulous day!

It's Friday which means its the weekend here in Dubai.

Make sure that you make Friday Fabulous... here's some ideas on how you could do that.... 

First off have a lovely long shower.... maybe treat yourself to some nice refreshing shower products in the week and this morning take the time to do a body scrub and then follow it with a luxury body moisturiser, have a pamper in stead of a rush around!

Secondly choose an outfit that makes you feel good & maybe wear your favourite pair of shoes or something.

Thirdly treat yourself to a nice breakfast, this could mean that you plan ahead again and buy in some breakfast treats like pancakes or muffins or maybe you've never been to that nice little cafe around the corner..... go and try it today.

Now do what ever you wish... but make sure its something that makes you happy. 
Perhaps go to the movies, catch up with some friends you haven't seen in a while or just a chilled afternoon by the pool......

Then comes the evening... make the most of it.... plan ahead... if you're off out on the town spend time getting ready and maybe treat yourself to a new outfit in the afternoon.... perhaps today's all about a pamper so get in and run yourself a bath and enjoy!

The key to having a fabulous day is to plan it out and get things done that make you happy... Be selfish today but be kind to everyone you meet.... Enjoy your Friday Lovelies <3 

This and That Thursday - Lets talk about PCOS

Sometimes its good to talk and to be open about things as it helps others and that's why I've decided to write and do a YouTube video about something that's quite personal......
You see during #VLOGFIT I got diagnosed with PCOS after years of not knowing what was going on with me. Just in-case you have never heard of PCOS, PCOS is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. 

I decided to speak out about this openly because..... 
a) I've learnt a lot about PCOS over the last few weeks and I've found out some helpful information which I wanted to share 
b) I've noticed that PCOS seems to be affecting quite a few ladies around me therefore I wanted to encourage people to share with one another and to support one another.

So here we go.... here's a little more information and  a VIDEO with me sharing my feelings about this..... I hope this is helpful and I urge you to get checked up if you think that you might be suffering with PCOS & if you are struggling with anything to do with PCOS .... don't bottle it up.... talk to family and friends and get all the support you need.
