Today I've teamed up with EATCLEAN TEA for their #SummerOfMatcha Competition / Challenge.
The challenge is to make this wonderful stuff.... EATCLEAN TEA Matcha & Ginger into a super fantastic Summer drink.

So I went shopping this evening and I grabbed a few key ingredients to add to my EatClean Matcha & Ginger and tonight I made my super awesome drink which I've decided to call Sparkly Cranberry, Cherry, Ginger Matcha Surprise.... WOOHOO!
- Light Cranberry Juice (100ml for this size glass)
- Cherries (I used 5)
- EatClean Tea Ginger & Matcha (2 Scoops mixed / whisked with a little water)
- Fresh Ginger ( 2 thin slices / a little to add taste) You don't have to add this
- Mini marshmallows to decorate / 1 cherry for the glass
Pour 100ml of Light Cranberry juice into a jug to measure. Use more cranberry juice if needed this is for a small cocktail glass as you can see in the picture.
Take 5 Cherries (again depends on how much of this drink you are making) take out the stones, cut and then add them to the cranberry juice in the jug.
This bit is to personal taste. You don't have to add extra ginger as the matcha powder is mixed with ginger... However if you want to add an extra kick to this drink add a thin slice or two to the cranberry and cherry mixture.
Measure two scoops of your matcha & ginger EatClean Tea (the little scoop comes in the pack) add these two scoops of EatClean Tea to a little water and then whisk until frothy, and then pour into the cranberry, cherry mixture.
Put the mixture into a blender and blend for a couple of minutes.
Pour into a cute and fabulous glass and for fun sprinkle a few mini marshmallows on top!
YOUR DRINK IS COMPLETE!
There you have it your very own Sparkly Cranberry, Cherry, Ginger & Matcha Surprise!
If it's a warm evening you might want to pour over ice to make this even more refreshing.
So why should you add EatClean Tea Matcha & Ginger to your drink????
Matcha & Ginger are two mighty fine antioxidants. they will help boost your metabolism, increase your energy, aid muscle soreness & help to detoxify and boost your immunity.
Also personally I think matcha or any kind whether mixed with another ingredient like this or alone adds a beautiful velvety taste to your drink. It's hard to explain.. however just try matcha and you'll see what I mean!
