Last week I went along to "The Cure" for a lovely pamper session... I had reflexology and a facial. BOTH treatments were amazingly amazing and the staff were so lovely.
Last week was sooooo busy.... I did an update video for #VLOGFIT, but I didn't manage to post it so here it is.
