Gratitude & Gala Darling

Hi lovelies,
Happy New Year! I really hope you're enjoying the year so far even though we are only 5 Days in!

My last post was all about Planners & Books that I recommend for 2016. In that post I said that I would share other bits of inspiration thoughout January to help you kick start 2016 in the bestest possible way.

So here it is...

A post about GRATITUDE...

I've been inspired to write this off the cuff post after starting off January with an Instagram challenge set by Gala Darling called Radical Self Love January!
If you've not read any of Gala Darlings Blog before, make sure you check her out as she really is fab... also I have to say I am super excited for her book launch next month which is on preorder now.

So Gratitude...

What are you truly grateful for. I think in this day and age it's way to easy for us to sit there when we have five minutes with a cuppa tea and a biscuit and think about what we want, to focus on what bills we have to pay and to just focus on getting more money and to generally just think about what we don't yet have. We often also rush about at work or through our day doing our daily routine totally oblivious to all the fabulous things that we have in this life and everyday just becomes the same.

So this is what I think you should do right now....

Press pause for just one minute and write down a list that focus's on all the fabulous things in your life.

It's time to be thankful for your health, your family your friends and to give thanks for the food you have to eat and the water you have to drink and it's time to be thankful for everything in our lives. You may feel down because you didn't get that gift you really wanted at Christmas or you might feel annoyed at the fact that during this month you don't have much extra money in your pocket to spare after all the bills.
However as I see it you have two choices. You can either 1. Feel sorry for yourself focus on all the bills and the rubbishy stuff and the things you don't have or 2. You can choose to feel good, to feel happy, to feel content and to be truly Thankful for all you have.
