Weight-loss Wednesday #VLOGFIT the final one...

Hi there lovelies,

So #VLOGFIT started on the 1st Jan 2014 and you've been following me on my health and fitness journey since then. It's been 4 months and I'm now at the weight that I wanted to be... therefore I've decided to make this my last #VLOGFIT video... however  I will be doing an actual weight-loss tips and tricks video next week so watch out for that... in the meantime though sit back and watch today's video... its a long one... 
BUT its worth while sitting through to the end ..... 

Tuesday Tunes

1. I'm really excited about the up and coming release of this final remix of my latest tune with Lowkiss. Its out to download on 12th May 2014 and the original version is out now. Please support Rain Falling by Lowkiss feat. Clare Elise. As it means LOTS! 

2. Kasabian - eez-eh

This new one from Kasabian debuted just this week. It is so good to have them back and this tune is so catchy. I will most definitely be playing this in the car! 

3. Coldplay - Magic

We've been playing this now on Dubai 92 for quite a few weeks and from the first time that I played it I fell in love with this tune. It's all about that gorgeous bassline, Chris Martin's awesome vocals and the piano laced in between. LOVE IT! 

4. Oliver $ & Jimi Jules 'Pushing On'

This has a real old skool vibe to it. It's really funky, and I love how the tune just kinda easily rolls along. Another great release from Defected. Well done guys! 

5.Bingo Players - Knock You Out 

This song has so much attitude and emotion in it. The vocals are fierce and the music  works nicely alongside to complement the great vocal. Cleverly done and a great tune from the Bingo Players.

Last week I went along to "The Cure" for a lovely pamper session... I had reflexology and a facial. BOTH treatments were amazingly amazing and the staff were so lovely.

Weight-loss Wednesday #VLOGFIT an update

For those of you that are new to the sparkly blog! "HI YA!"

#VLOGFIT was something that I created in January 2014. BASICALLY its all about me getting fit, losing weight and also a way for people to support one another on their weight-loss journey using the #VLOGFIT

I've now been on my KCAL plan for three weeks and here's how its all going...

I'm slowly getting back on track with daily posts... slowly, slowly..... 

Last night was fab! 

I went along to History of House at Level 41 - Media One here in Dubai! 

These nights are held once a month and  its like stepping back in time.

It was so awesome.. The atmosphere was really good... everyone was dancing and singing along to the nineties classics and Angie Brown did  a superb live PA! 

Also on the line-up were KKLASS and I got to have a nice chinwag with Russ! 

Definitely keep an eye out for the next on as it really is a great night out and I would muchly recommend it!
